This form requests SGA designated publicity for campus events. If you need publicity for an event, please fill out this form completely. After completing the form you will receive an email notification when your request has been received. If you would like posters made for a non-SGA event (Student Organization, etc.) SGA may be able to help design them (just make sure to note that in this form), but the organization is responsible for making copies and distribution. It is not guaranteed that Corban SGA will be able to deliver on all requests, but we will try our best to fit in as many requests as possible. All campus publicity must be cleared with Student Life. Please note: an Event Request Form must be submitted and approved prior to any publicity that requires a requested space. Publicity Requests must be turned in a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the publicity requested date.
